Collection of Personal Data 

Personal data collected by us may include your name, role or title, and organisation. When collecting this data, we will indicate which of the data requested is mandatory. If you do not supply the mandatory data, we may not be able to include your response in the nomination process. 

 
Use of Personal Data 

We will only use your personal data for managing the nomination process for the Chair position. We will present the final results in aggregate, with no attribution of specific data points to any single individual or organisation.  

 
Storage and Transfer of Personal Data 

We will keep your personal data confidential and will not retain your personal data longer than necessary. Once the process is complete and no longer required for the purpose of the nomination, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised. 

 
We may transfer your personal data to King & Wood Mallesons (our appointed scrutineer) who will oversee the nomination and voting process, subject to a duty of confidentiality and minimal duration of data retention. 

 
Access and Correction of Personal Data 

Apart from the data outlined under the “Collection of Personal Data” section above, we will not collect or store other personally identifiable contact information in this survey. It may not be practicable for us to locate an individual record to entertain a request for access or correction of your personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance.
