Kelvin Teo, Co-founder and CEO, Funding Societies

Kelvin Teo is co-founder and CEO of Funding Societies, Southeast Asia’s largest SME digital finance platform, operating across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. Guided by “Stronger SMEs, Stronger Societies”, he has led the company to disburse over US$5 billion to more than 100,000 businesses since 2015, alongside US$1.5 billion in payments volume in 2025. He previously worked at McKinsey, Accenture and KKR Capstone. He was born in Malaysia and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
