Chris is an independent business executive with over 29 years’ experience in advising boards and senior business executives in Financial Services on strategy, transformation and growth, both as a management consultant (Accenture, Deloitte, Capco and Gemini Consulting) and, more recently, as CEO for 22 Degrees North Advisors, a boutique strategic advisory firm based in Hong Kong, and as a Senior Advisor to Quinlan & Associates.

Chris led Deloitte’s Global Financial Services business for 6 years, having previously led Global Banking and Capital Markets. Chris has been based in Hong Kong for 9 years and has worked extensively both across Asia Pacific and globally.

Prior to his career in management consulting, Chris spent 10 years as an officer in the British Army and was a product and salesforce manager in the pharmaceutical industry with Eli Lilly.
