Before joining Quinlan & Associates, Grace interned in Bain’s private equity team, conducting commercial due diligence projects in the aesthetic medical equipment sector via desktop research, consumer surveys, and expert interviews. She also interned at boutique investment bank Miracle Capital, where she raised funds for start-up companies in the pharmaceutical industry by developing research reports, designing business plans, and building investor roadshow strategies.

Besides her professional experience, Grace holds a windsurfing certificate from the Windsurfing Association of Hong Kong and is an accomplished Chinese fiction writer.
