Louisa is the Founder and Managing Director of Lucella, a professional coaching and consulting firm based in Switzerland. In recent years she has worked with a number of major international organisations, including investment banks and insurance companies, on projects including the deployment of organisational development tools, executive development and coaching, as well as people and business strategy.

Prior to founding Lucella, Louisa was a Managing Director and Global Chief Operating Officer for UBS AG’s Legal & Compliance Department, overseeing a team of 1,800 professionals. Before taking up that role she was Managing Director and Head of Strategy for UBS in Asia Pacific, responsible for the bank’s overall growth and performance improvement initiatives in the region.

She transitioned into this role from the Group Strategy team in Zurich, where she helped to drive UBS’s market entry efforts into China. Louisa began her financial services career working in a variety of roles for Sumitomo Bank Capital Markets, Prebon Yamane and Baillieu Webb & Associates in Hong Kong.
